Lee House Terms & Conditions

1.	To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of a one night booking or 25% of the total cost of accommodation, whichever is the greater, when paid by debit/credit card. Deposits paid by cheque will be charged at the cost of a one night booking or 50% of the total cost of accommodation, whichever is the greater.
2.	In the event of cancellation whilst every effort will be made to relet the room we reserve the right to charge up to 75% of the total value of the booking if the room remains vacant. Cancellations on the day of arrival or 'no shows' will be liable for the full amount of the cost of the booking.
3.	Guests are advised to take advantage of a holiday insurance policy
4.	We accept cash, credit cards and cheques guaranteed for the full amount
5.	We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Terms and conditions of existing contracts will continue to apply. Please note that different terms and conditions may apply to special offers; you will be advised of this prior to booking.
